摘要
伴随着科学技术的飞跃开展,各种先进的汽车电子控制技术被广泛应用到汽车上,先进的电子控制技术使汽车的动力性和燃油经济性得到了很大的提高,也减少了空气污染,汽车电子控制技术大大促进了汽车工业的开展。而汽车的电子控制是从发动机开始的,而发动机的控制技术是从控制点火开始的,通过示波器查看汽车的点火波形,对发动机的点火波形进行分析,可以方便快捷的检测到汽车的各种故障,对汽车的维修有着至关重要地作用。同时与传统的机械修理相结合,弥补了机械修理得缺乏之处,大大提高了汽车的维修效率。
本文主要通过点火示波器对丰田车系发动机点火系统波形进行分析,通过观察发动机的故障波形,诊断出发动机的故障,进行故障排除。目前,我国的汽车电子控制技术相对于国外还处于初级阶段,只有少数汽车厂家且主要集中在一些中外合资生产的汽车上开始采用汽车电子控制装置。但随着中外合资,合作工程的增加,国产汽车电子控制装置也在不断增加有了较大的提高,点火示波器也逐渐被广泛应用与汽车检测中,利用点火示波器能快速的点火情况,对发动机的故障判断是十分有用的。
