物流园区辐射能力的研究__--__以向塘物流园区为例.pdf

摘要摘要物流园区是指在物流作业集中的地区,在几种运输方式衔接地,将多种物流设施和不同类型的物流企业在空间上集中布局的场所,也是一个有一定规模的和具有多种服务功能的物流企业的集结点。物流园区对我国物流产业的发展具有巨大的推动作用,同时对其他物流相关行业的发展成熟也具有巨大的催化作用。但是,由于近几年某些地方缺乏前期的总体规划,没有考虑实际情况, 盲目建设物流园区,导致部分物流园区空置甚至废弃,这对于物流产业的发展毫无裨益,甚至起到了阻碍的作用。因此,对于物流园区而言,建设之初的规划非常重要,而园区规划的最重要的依据之一就是园区的辐射范围。本文从辐射范围出发,以江西向塘物流园区为例,首先,对物流辐射范围给出了定义;其次,分析了向塘物流园区辐射能力现状,并提出了园区建设之中可能存在的问题;最后,运用灰色预测模型、因子分析和威尔逊模型等方法求出园区的辐射范围,根据辐射范围的结果分析,本文从6个方面提出了相关的政策性建议。通过有效实施这6个方面的建议,向塘物流园区的辐射能力将变得更强、辐射范围将变得更广。关键词:辐射范围;灰色模型;因子分析;威尔逊模型 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Logistics Park isthe area wim several modes variety of logistics facilitiesand different types oflogistics also is a place offering avariety ofservice Parkplays aimportant roleinpromoting thedevelopment ofthelogistics industry ,the otherindustries related tologistics could benefit from theLogistics , due tothelackofoverall planning in recent years,some Logistics Parks were built without considering theactual situation,which resulted inthat some logisticsparks were nottaken fulladvantage,some even were haslittlebenefit for thedevelopment ofthelogistics ,for thelogistics park,the planning thepark’S range ofradiation isthebasis for park planning.
