1 白山水电站水轮机结构设计摘要水轮发电机组是将水能转化为电能的核心设备,水轮机结构设计得是否合理就成为电站能否有效运行得关键。本设计的主要内容为白山水电站水轮机结构设计。白山水电站位于吉林省桦甸市老恶河哨口, 第二松花江上游,是国家电力公司东北公司直属的梯级水力发电厂,国家特大型企业。白山发电厂介于东北电网南网、北网之间,地理位置适中,在东北电网中担负调峰、调频和事故备用任务, 目前是东北电网装机容量最大的水电厂。这次设计的主要内容有三部分。第一部分是对水轮机进行总体结构的设计。第二部分是对导水机构进行设计。第三部分则是对主要部件进行强度校核。在本次毕业设计中,所有的图纸都采用 AutoCAD 软件进行绘制。关键词: 白山水电站;水轮机;结构设计;强度校核:白山水电站水轮机结构设计 2 The Structural Design of Hydraulic Turbine for Bai shan Hydraulic Power Station ABSTRACT T he water-turbine generator set transforms the hydro energy as the electrical energy core equipment, the hydraulic turbine structural design whether reasonable es the power plant whether effective movement to result in the key. This design primary coverage has three parts. The first part carries on the design of the overall structure. The second part carries on the design of the anization. The third part carries on the intensity checking of the ponent. In this graduation project, all blueprints use the AutoCAD to carry on the plan .
