Methods Thirty-three cases were randomLy selected from the diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 as the subject of this study， named the observation group. And 33 healthy people were selected during the same period as the control group. Blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin， small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol， total cholesterol， triacylglycerol， high-density lipoprotein cholesterol， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol， apolipoprotein A，apolipoprotein B， homocysteine， Cystatin C for all people were detected.
