【摘要】目的：探讨丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。 方法回顾性分析我院78例冠心病心绞痛患者临床资料，将患者随机 分为对照组和治疗组各39例，对照组给予常规应用阿司匹林、硝酸 酯、钙通道阻滞剂、B受体阻滞剂治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上 加用丹红注射液治疗15天，观察两组的临床疗效的变化。结果治疗 组有效率均明显高于对照组(P<)o结论丹红注射液加常规治疗 对冠心病心绞痛有显著疗效，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital 78 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with clinical data, the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 39 cases in each group, the control group was given routine use of aspirin, nitrates, calcium channel blockers, beta blocker therapy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the combined with Danhong injection for 15 days the changes, the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P&amp； It； 0. 05) . Conclusion Danhong injection had significant effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris with routine treatment, worthy of clinical application.
