施工企业机电安装工程成本管理与控制

【摘 要】安装市场今后的发展方向，必然是趋于规范化、透明化、专业化。施工企业要 想在竞争之中处于不败之地，需从内部管理方面着手，加强成本管理与控制，提高自身管理水 平，实现节能、降耗，达到利润最大化。论文从机电安装工程成本管理和控制的不同角度和方 向进行了论述，详细分析了机电安装成本管理的重要性及其存在的问题，并探讨了具体的成本 控制措施。
【 Abstract 】 The future development direction of the installation market is bound to be standardized， transparent and professional. In order to be in an invincible position in competition ， construction enterprises need to start from internal management ， strengthen cost management and control ， improve their own management level ， achieve energy conservation ， consumption reduction ， and profit maximization. This paper discusses the cost management and control of mechanical and electrical installation engineering from different angles and directions ， analyzes the importance and existing problems of cost management of mechanical and electrical installation in detail ， and discusses the specific cost control measures.
