大壁虎脑部结构和立体脑图谱构建的的研究.pdf南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 i 摘要近年来,神经科学成为当代生命科学中发展最迅速的前沿学科之一,神经系统是人及动物体内最为复杂的结构和机能系统,脑是神经系统的高级中枢,脑科学也被列为 21 世纪最受瞩目的研究领域。脑图谱是开展脑结构及功能研究的必要工具,其可以准确地提供脑的解剖结构信息和功能信息。本课题组试图着手研究从壁虎高级神经中枢对壁虎运动实行人工控制, 从而取得生物机器人,利用动物代替人完成人所不能和人所不敢的特殊任务。在此背景下, 本文以大壁虎脑部组织为研究对象, 首先学习并研究了大壁虎脑部的结构, 并介绍了各个脑区的主要核团和组织结构。为了方便实验和相关的研究,本文制备了完整的连续脑组织切片标本,并通过数字转换得到数字化脑图谱,同时建立了对应的三维立体坐标,并对得到的脑图谱进行了三维定量标示,并在脑图谱上把大壁虎对应的重要核团标示出来。最后,本文利用得到的一套连续横切大壁虎脑切片的数字化数据,对大壁虎脑部进行了三维数字化重建,并且对重建后的效果进行了展示。同时,针对实际需要,重新提出一种新的三维重建的方法。关键词: 蛤蚧,脑结构, 脑图谱,立体定位,三维重建大壁虎脑部结构与立体脑图谱构建的研究 ii ABSTRACT In recent years, the neuroscience has becam e one of most rapid front field of life sciences in the present age .The nervous system is p lex structure and the function system in the body of the human and the animals, a nd the brain is the advanced centrum of the nerval brain science is also listed as most receive focuses attention on research area in the 21s t century .The atlas of the brain is the necessary tools to research th e structure and the function of the brain, which could provide accurately t he dissection structur e information and the function information of the brain. This topic-based group attempts to study how to control the movement of the Gekko gecko from the gecko cerebral cortex by manual wo can order the biological robot replaces the human to co mplete what the human can not be able special duty or can not dare with .Under this background, this paper take the Gekko gecko`s anization as the object of study, and first studies the Gekko gecko`s brain structure, and introduces the main nuclear group and the or ganizational structure of each brain area.
