设置临时停车场场如何办理手续？
第一步：向园区工商局申办工商名称预核准证；
    第二步：准备材料：
1、正确填写完毕并加盖公章的《苏州工业园区停车场设置申请表（第一类）》；
    2、停车场设置位置图、加盖有道路交通安全设施专项资质单位公章的总平面图和停车位图；
    3、主要设施情况说明和设备配置明细（加盖单位公章）；
    4、对占用空地的，需提供场地产权或使用权证明复印件（原件送交检验）。如设置单位非场地产权或使用权所有者，还需提呈设置单位与产权或使用权所有者的租赁合同或协议复印件（原件送交检验）
    第三步：若需占用机动车或非机动车道的，准备好规定的材料后报园区交警大队审批；无需占用机动车或非机动车道的，准备好规定的材料后报园区城管执法大队审批；
    第四步：将填写完毕的申请表、相关申请材料与以上专业部门审批意见报园区一站式服务中心办理城市管理审批并取得停车场设置意见书；
    第五步：到园区工商局申领营业执照；
    第六步：完成设置后，业主应分别向原设置审批部门（交警或执法大队，以及城管）
