苗庄镇创建阳光计生行动示范单位汇报材料
苗庄镇人口计生办
苗庄镇位于宁河县城东10公里处，是传统的农业镇，全镇辖30个行政村，总人口17825人，已婚育龄妇女3428人。
近年来，在镇党委、政府的领导下，在县人口计生委的指导下，苗庄镇人口计生办深入学、统筹解决人口问题这一主线，以阳光管理、阳光服务、阳关维权为重点，以政务公开、民主评议、社会监督为抓手，在全镇范围内全面开展“阳光计生行动”，不断提高全镇人口计生工作依法管理和优质服务水平，提高了社会各阶层对人口计生的满意度，增强了育龄群众对人口计生工作的理解和支持。主要做法是：
一、加强组织领导，落实工作职责
苗庄镇自开展 “阳光计生行动”以来，镇党委、政府高度重视，把“阳光计生行动”作为顺民意、惠民生、促和谐、转作风的重要举措来抓，成立了由主管镇长为组长，计生办主任为副组长，有关人员为成员的镇“阳光计生行动”领导小组。广泛征求意见和建议，制订了《苗庄镇“阳光计生行动”实施方案》，明确了指导思想、活动内容、工作要求和目标任务。
各村成立了以村委为成员的领导机构，改善了村务公开条件，规范了形式和内容。不断健全的组织机构，完善的工作机制，为“阳光计生行动”的健康开展提供了强有力的组织保障和良好的环境基础。
