第一章 工程概况

本工程为荆州粮油储油库工程制作与安装，
还有各随机备件与易耗备件。。所有设备均为本公司自行制造。
：
本工程设备制造工作量大，工艺要求高，工期也特别紧，要求在短短的时间内完成众多的制造任务。部分设备的尺寸太大，运输不方便。安装时更多的情形是多家单位交叉作业，不仅在平面上，而且在空间上。只能是根据现场实际情况，通过多方面协调来开展安装施工,施工难度很大。
综上所述：本工程综合性强、难度大；我公司决心在组织该工程的施工中，密切配合业主和监理公司，狠抓现场施工管理，采用先进的施工技术和工艺，充分发挥科技人员的潜能，提高工效，降低成本，优质、高效、安全地完成施工任务，使所承担的工程达到冶金建设工程优良标准。
第二章 项目施工组织

为搞好本工程的建设，真正作到责、权、利结合，调动各层次的积极性，达到优质、快速、低耗的经营目标，对该工程实行项目管理。特成立工程项目经理部。
