Infrared Technology May 2007 306 〈红外应用〉堇青石红外辐射复相陶瓷的制备与研究闫国进????????????????? 450007 ? 摘要?用铁氧体生料和堇青石生料的复合及铁氧体熟料和堇青石熟料的复合,制备了堇青石红外辐射复相陶瓷。用红外辐射测量仪测定了样品的红外辐射率,用 XRD 分析了样品的物相组成,综合分析了影响红外辐射率的因素,结果表明:复相陶瓷的物相主要为堇青石和铁氧体,和复合前铁氧体的辐射率值相比,复合体陶瓷的全波段红外辐射率和光谱辐射率均得到了一定程度的提高,全波段红外辐射率提高了 2% ? 6% ,光谱辐射率提高了 1% ? 7% ;全生料和全熟料配方的红外辐射率没有明显的差异;复相陶瓷中,铁氧体含量的提高,并没有提高相应复相陶瓷的红外辐射率。堇青石晶体有序度的高低对复相陶瓷体红外辐射率值的大小没有明显的影响。关键词? 堇青石;红外辐射;复相陶瓷中图分类号: 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1001-8891(2007)05-0306-03 Preparation and Study of Cordierite I nfrared posite Ceramics YAN Guo-jin ( Institute of Material, Henan Unive rsity of Technology, Zhengzhou Henan 450007 , China ) Abstracts ?The all raw meal ingredient and all grog ingredie nt of cordierite and fe rrites were prepared, and posite ceramics was prepared. The infrared emissi vity of the posite ceramics were measured. The mineral phases of posite ceramics were te sted by XRD. The influence factors on the infrared emissivity were analyzed. The results shown as follow: the mineral phases of posite ceramics were mainly ferrites and cordierite. The emissivity of posite ceramics was improved pounding. The emissivity in the full wave band was improved by 2% ?6%, The spectrum emissivity was improved by 1% ?7% com
