证券行业客户档案管理系统.pdf

摘 要
档案作为社会政治、经济、文化、艺术等各种信息的存在形式，经过源源不
断的形成与积累，成为当今社会不可缺少的重要信息资源。随着证券行业不断发
展，证券投资者不断增多。虽然随着计算机技术、INTERNET 技术的发展，客户
的交易已逐步无纸化，但是由于合规、规范的要求，客户的开户、信息的修改等
都必须留存客户的纸质资料，因而产生的纸质档案也越来越多。而这部分档案的
管理仍然处于传统的、落后的手工管理方式下，导致众多客户档案长期处于无序、
散乱的管理状态之下。本文针对这方面存在的问题，提出了基于 Client/Server 模式
下的证券行业客户档案管理系统，为证券行业客户纸质档案管理信息化提出新思
路。主要内容为：
1、基于大量的调查研究，分析了档案管理的基本理论、现实问题等，提出了
档案管理信息化的必要性、可行性。
2、结合证券行业客户档案管理系统的需求分析，研究了 Client/Server 技术、
SQLServer 技术、ADO 技术等在证券行业客户档案管理系统中的应用。
3、建立了基于 C/S 模式下证券行业客户档案管理系统的系统模型，以模块和
类为基础说明了系统的总体设计与实现。详细描述了 SQLServer Stored Procedures
设计和实现、利用 Visual C++语言通过 ADO 接口访问 SQLServer Stored Procedures
的技术、利用 Visual C++语言实现 DES 加密算法、利用 Visual C++语言通过 VFW
接口访问多媒体设备技术等。
4、对系统的安全性、实用性、可扩展性等方面也作了相应的说明。
该系统的实现为证券行业提供了一套先进的、安全的、综合的、全过程的客
户档案管理方式，对解决目前证券营业部客户档案管理信息化问题具有一定示范
作用和现实意义。

Records are used as the existing forms of various information, such as societal
politics, economy, culture and art information, they became more and more
indispensable important information resources after that were endlessly formed and
accumulated. Accompanied with continuous development of the stock industry, the
amounts of customer are constantly increasing in the stock exchange. Customers’
transaction haven’t gradually used paper as computer and internet technology were
grown, however, due to regulatory and standard requirements, customers’ paper
information are reserved when they open an account or edit their information, so paper
records were more and more, They were still managed in traditional and backward
