网络舆情监测系统设计与实现.pdf

摘 要
随着当今信息技术的迅速更新与发展, 已经成为人们发布、 获取和
传递信息的主要载体 。超越 的用户浏览信息技术, 已经允许用户之
间进行交互信息活动, 网民可 以通过因特网在论坛 、 博客等网上交流平台上自由
地就各种话题发表自己的见解 。但是, 不可忽视的是网络舆情事件同时也对网民
态度 、 社会稳定产生了极为重 大的影响, 其发生范围之广 、 传播速度之快, 时时
令人感到震惊 。
网络舆情事件已经成为当前 网络信息技术研究热点之一, 尤其是利用信息技
术对网络舆情进行挖掘和分析 已经成为网络舆情事件研究的重中之重 。目前, 我
国学者对网络舆情的分析和预 警尚处在初始探索阶段 。虽然当前已设立的部分舆
情监测平台已经具备了舆情信 息的检索 、 分类 、 聚类 、 过滤 、 摘要等基本信息挖
掘功能, 但是却忽略了舆情分 析的核心工作内容, 即信息所蕴含的观点和态度分
析。鉴于此, 笔者以舆情的情 感特征为出发点, 将重点放在话题情感的跟踪技术
研究上, 将目标放在 网络环境下实现集采集、 处理、 分析功能于一身的舆
情监测平台的研发上 。
内容结构上, 文章首先阐述 了舆情监测的有关理论 、 研究现状及市场上现有
的商品 ;然后在此基础上, 分 析了网络舆情分析的需求及发展趋势 、 现有商业产
品的不足, 进而给出话题 、 事 件情感追踪的舆情监测系统原型 ;接着, 笔者对实
现舆情监测系统的原型进行了分解, 明确了其技术要点, 并做了理论详述 ;最后,
文章具体说明了以情感追踪为 特征的网络舆情监测系统的设计规划与技术实现过
程。

W ith today's rapid updating of information technology and developm ent, Internet
has becom e released, access and transm ission of the m ain carriers of inform ation.
Beyond W user browsing information technology, W has allow ed users to
interact with inform ation on activities, Internet users via the Internet in forums, blog and
other online com m unication platform s on a variety of topics free to express their view s.
How ever, public opinion can not be overlooked is the network events but also the
attitude of the users, the social stability of a very significant im pact on the breadth of its
occurrence, transm ission speed, alw ays surprising.
