在加快新基建的背景下， 网络建设将面临大量基站建设，智慧城市

的传感器建设需求也急增。为推进智慧灯杆建设的科学发展，通过查阅
资料和实地调研，对智慧灯杆建设内涵、建设现状及应关注的问题进行
了深入分析。
