医院消毒隔离管理制度
1．医务人员工作期间应严格遵循标准预防的原则，遵守无菌操作规程。严格执行《医务人员手卫生规范》、《医务人员防护用品的使用SOP》。
2．感染性疾病科门诊按照《医院隔离技术规范（2009版）》和《医疗机构传染病预检分诊管理办法》要求，与普通门诊要做到挂号、候诊、收费、取药、检验、注射、厕所等分开。感染性疾病科严格按照《建筑布局与隔离要求 SOP》和《不同传播途径疾病的隔离与预防SOP》进行设置管理。
3．按照《一次性使用医疗卫生用品管理制度》和《医院消毒药械购置、验收、使用管理制度》正确使用消毒剂、消毒器械、卫生用品和一次性使用医疗用品。一次性使用医疗用品用后应及时进行无害化处理。
4．进入人体组织或无菌器官的医疗用品必须达到灭菌。凡接触皮肤、粘膜的器械和用品必须达到消毒。所有诊疗物品一用一消毒或灭菌。
5．抽出的药液放置不得超过2小时，各种溶媒开启后存放均不得超过24小时，并注明开启时间。
6．碘酒、酒精应密闭保存，每周更换2次，容器每周灭菌2次。无菌器械保存液每周更换1次，容器每周灭菌2次。
7．特殊区域如各科治疗室、换药室、门诊注射室、普通手术室、产房、新生儿室、儿科病房、婴儿室、ICU病房等，每日用消毒液擦拭物体表面与地面2次，每日空气消毒l-2次；有污染随时清洁消毒。重点部门医务人员手、物体表面及空气定期细菌学监测，洁净手术室每月一次空气细菌学监测，要有记录。使用的清洁工具（拖布、扫把、抹布等）标识明显，分别清洗，定点放置，定期消毒，不得交叉使用。
