北台钢铁集团合理化建议管理办法
第一章　总 则
第一条　为了充分调动集团广大员工的积极性和创造性，问计于民，促进企业发展，根据国家和地方相关文件规定及《北台钢铁集团运行管理办法》，结合北钢集团实际情况特制定本管理办法。
第二条 集团公司成立合理化建议工作领导小组并下设办公室，办公室设在集团科协，负责全集团合理化建议工作的指导工作。集团各子公司、分公司、作业区也要有相应组织形式。
第三条　集团各单位的合理化建议工作按作业区（车间）、分公司（分厂）、公司（集团各子公司）进行分级管理。合理化建议的实施工作原则上由基层单位自行实施，基层单位无法实施的合理化报上级单位办理。集团科协主要负责集团公司、综合性学会的合理化建议和基层上报的重大合理化建议的办理工作。
第四条 合理化建议工作程序包括发动、征集、整理、分类、采纳、评审、奖励、实施、推广等环节。其中发动、征集、整理、分类、初审
