第一章　总　则
第一条为规范廉租住房、经济适用住房保障以及其他社会救助工作中的城市低收入家庭收入核定行为，根据**省民政厅等十二厅（局、行、会）《转发民政部等十一部（委、行、局、会）关于印发〈城市低收入家庭认定办法〉的通知》（民保字〔2008〕154号）,结合我市实际，制定本办法。
第二条市民政部门负责全市城市低收入家庭认定的管理工作；县（区）民政部门以及街道办事处（镇人民政府）负责城市低收入家庭收入核定的具体工作；社区居民委员（村民委员会）受街道办事处（镇人民政府）委托，承担城市低收入家庭核定的日常服务工作。
第三条县（区）以上人民政府发展和改革、物价、公安、财政、人力资源和社会保障、住房和城乡建设、金融管理、税务、工商、统计等部门在各自职责范围内做好城市低收入家庭收入核定的有关工作。
第四条县（区）人民政府要加强城市低收入家庭收入核定工作机构能力
