领导班子成员2011年基层调研活动安排
一、调研目的
深入了解公司与集团公司体制、机制相融过程中各单位的运行情况，各单位立体推进、预知管理开展情况，广泛征集公司干部员工对公司生产经营管理工作的意见与建议，切实解决各单位在生产经营管理工作及发展过程中的“瓶颈”问题，促进公司“十二五”发展规划的实施，积极推进专业化公司建设。
二、时间安排
2011年10 月10日开始。
各调研组调研时间及行程安排确定后将及时通知各二级单位。
三、调研方式
调研活动主要采取听取汇报、实地（现场）调研、召开二级单位班子成员、中层干部、员工代表座谈会等方式进行。
四、调研内容
（一）发展方面
、计划、预算的编制和执行情况？
？有没有对项目内容按阶段进行分解？有没有对各阶段工作完成时间设立截点？在项目推进过程中对能够同时推进的内容有没有实行立体推进？对工作落实有没有明确责任人？对工作完成质量与结果有没有进行监督检查？有没有将检查结果纳入绩效考核内容？对项目的立体推进有无好的意见与建议？
