各位领导、同志们，新年好！
在新春佳节后上班的第一天，区委、区政府就在这里隆重召开“机关作风效能年”动员大会，这不仅充分体现了机关作风效能建设在我区发展大局中的重要地位，也充分表明了区委区政府加强机关作风效能建设、打造最优政务环境的信心和决心。近年来，我感到区机关各部门作风建设持续加强的态势下，呈现出稳步推进、逐步深化、快步提高的良好局面。机关部门的大局观念、服务意识明显增强，办事效率、工作效能明显提升。突出表现在以下四个方面：一是在弘扬“三创”精神中机关作风得到改进。区机关各部门坚持以“创业创新创优”为工作追求，突出围绕区委区政府的重大决策、围绕科学发展和和谐社会建设、围绕改善民生，贴近贴心抓服务，尽心尽职抓落实，全心全意做工作，为项目的引进和建设营造高效的行政环境，为客商的创业与发展
