Abstract The multi-campuses universities inChina ale gradually formed since the deepening ofhigher educational system reform in universitiesextended upation bymerger orextension ast11ey recruited more word of ‘'NewCampus'’was produced multi·campuses universities are the necessary product ofChinese lli曲education from thestage ofeliteeducation to popularized education which enlarges theschool—running space and strengthen petitive advantage while new .e OUt aswell,such asthechoice of management mode,the culturalcontinuity between theoldand the new campuses and students’affairs management etc..Boththe“Multi—campuses Universities’’and the ‘"NewCampus’’are freshthings tOChina SO thattheresearch on theirmanagement plays allimportant role onthemanagement direction andpractice ofmulti—campuses universities astherehas not been any mature mode tobeusedforreference. To start with,the present author reviews the formation ofmulti-campuses universities inChina andanalyzes theircharacteristics andtheprominent problems in themanagement by parison and contrast among domestic and foreign multi-campuses thesecond chapter tothefourthone,the author analyzes andresearchesdeeply ontheproblems and countermeasures tothechoice of management mode on new campus,students’affairs management ofnew campus and theculturecontinuity between theoldand the fmall%the educed theory isapplied experimentally intotheproblems inthemanagement ofTianjin Foreign Studies University—Binhai Campus by groping forthemanagement mode, students’affairs management and campus culture construction etc..Therefore,it is expected topromote thedevelopment ofBinhaiCampus ofTFSU and harmonious development between itsnew andoldcampuses as areference.
