------莱芜二中第十一届三次教代会工会工作报告

各位代表：
大家好！我受学校工会委员会的委托，向大会作工会工作报告，请各位代表予以审议。
一年来工会工作的回顾
自十一届二次教代会以来，我校工会在市、区教育工会的正确领导下，以理论、三个代表重要思想和科学发展观为指导，深入学在全市“转作风、提效率、优环境、保增长、促发展”活动动员大会上的讲话精神，以构建和谐均衡优质教育为主线，全面履行工会工作各项职能，团结动员广大教职工，积极创建学习型组织，为我校教育事业的改革发展作出了贡献。
一、加强师德教育，开展岗位练兵，努力提高教师队伍素质
一年来我校工会按照全市“高境界、高标准、高起点、大作为”的总要求，以“坐不住”的责任感、“等不起”的使命感、“慢不得”的紧迫感，着力解决工作作风、服务态度、教学质量方面存在的突出问题，以师德建设为突破口，着力提高教职工整体素质，全力开创学校发展的新局面。

⑴加强领导，精心组织。成立了以校长为组长的师德建设工作领导小组，切实做到组织落实，内容落实，制度落实，建立统一领导，分工负责，协调一致的长效活动机制。
⑵广泛宣传，营造氛围。师德建设活动重在宣传，贵在坚持，学校利用板报、橱窗、广播等开展宣传教育活动，宣传学习《中小学教师职业道德规范》、《教师文明礼仪规范和行为道德规范》等。在师德建设活动中，善于发现和挖掘身边的先进师德典型，做好学习和宣传工作。
⑶开展活动、增强效果。一年来，我们结合学校实际，开展了一系列行之有效的活动，如开展“铸师魂，爱学
