为全面了解我县蚕桑产业发展现状，找准存在困难和问题，制定针对性较强的政策、措施，培养壮大龙头企业，促进蚕桑产业健康发展和农民增收，不断提升全县农业产业化发展水平，着力打造独具特色的“经济板块”，根据县委的安排部署，2011年10月13日至14日，县委办、县委政研室、县蚕桑办和相关单位组成课题调研组，以听取汇报、交流座谈、现场走访等方式深入部分乡镇和企业开展调查研究。现将调研结果报告如下。
一、发展现状
2008年以来，我县紧紧抓住被列为“XX省蚕茧核心基地县”的战略机遇，严格按照“围绕市场建基地、突出规模抓重点、集中连片上水平、依托龙头带农户、创新技术求突破”的发展思路，坚持以农民增收为目标、以市场为导向、以效益为中心，进一步优化产业布局、强化科技支撑、提升种养质量，不断巩固提升老桑园，稳步拓展新桑园，着力培育龙头企业和种养大户，持续推动蚕桑产业健康发展。
（一）蚕桑产业发展情况
2011年，全县累计种植桑园面积****亩，涉及****个乡镇****个村民委员会****个村民小组****户农户；累计新建大蚕房****座****平方米，改建大蚕房****座****平方米，新建小蚕房****3座****平方米；累计开展技术培训2*******场次****人次，发放资料121827份；率先实现生产技术
