众筹筑屋规划方案设计
【摘 要】众筹筑屋作为一种全新的房地产组织形式,一经投入市场,就受到广大消费者的青睐。在这种建设方案中,应考虑到住宅的预期收益率、成本率等诸多因素。研究众筹集资建房方案的优化设计,对于提高方案的可行性和投资回报率具有非常重要的意义。论文从参筹者的购买意愿和投资回报率两个角度,建立了相应的多变量整数规划模型。
【Abstract】As a new organization form of real estate, crowdfunding housing construction is favored by consumers once it is put into the market. In this kind of construction scheme, many factors, such as the required rate of return and the cost rate of the housing, should be considered. It is of great significance to study the optimal design of the scheme of crowdfunding housing construction for improving t
he feasibility of the scheme and the rate of return on investment. The paper establishes the corresponding multi-variable integer programming model from the two perspectives of the fundraisers' purchase intention and the rate of return on investment.
