武汉城市圈旅游产业整合机制的分析研究.pdf

摘要在经济全球化和区域一体化的浪潮下,世界各国、各地都纷纷建立各种整合关系以实现区域共赢。随着旅游产业地位的不断提升,区域旅游产业整合成为了区域产业整合的一项重要内容。武汉城市圈旅游产业整合对于拉动湖北旅游经济发展,撬动中部旅游经济腾飞,加快“两型社会”建设有着重要意义。因此,对武汉城市圈旅游产业整合机制进行研究,从而指导武汉城市圈旅游产业整合实践有较高价值。本文以产业组织、区域空间结构、交易费用和博弈理论为理论基础及指导,在基于文献分析对区域整合机制和产业整合机制比较分析的基础上,结合武汉城市圈旅游产业整合特征,提出了武汉城市圈旅游产业整合机制模型,并应用相关原理对其运行机理进行阐述与论证;结合机制模型,本文深入探讨武汉城市圈旅游产业整合的动力、运行、协调、保障机制;首先,根据系统动力学原理,提出了由经济全球化、区域旅游整合、政府干预、市场竞争四大外在因素以及要素优势的叠加性、利益基点的一致性、空间临近效应的显著性三个内部因素所组成的动力系统;其次,论文分析了武汉城市圈旅游产业的时空运行,提出在时间维度上表现为整合目标与形态的演进,在空间上则表现为旅游产业与旅游城市的空间形态重构;再次,论文提出了武汉城市圈旅游产业整合协调机制主要取决于旅游产业要素规划、利益共享与补偿政策两大外部协调力,以及企业之间、行业之间的内部协调力;最后,论文分析了武汉城市圈旅游产业整合保障机制,并总结了本研究的结论以及今后研究的展望。关键词:武汉城市圈;旅游产业;整合;机制; Abstract Under thetideofeconomic globalization and regional integration,countries and regions all over theworld setup various integration relationship one after another inorder torealize the“”situation through regional with thecontinuous promotion of tourism position,the regional tourism Integration has e animportant content of regional economic tourismIntegration ofWuhan City isgreatsignificant to spur theTourism economy development ofHubei Province,leverage theTourism economy leap of central region,accelerate the development of all environment—friendly ,there ishigh value tostudy on thetourism industryIntegration ofWuhan City Circle toguide itspractice.
