摘要
随着国家经济的不断发展,。因此,如何防止火灾发生,在火灾发后如何有效地组织扑救,以便尽可能地减少火灾损失。
本设计将参考水罐消防车的基本形状,并根据设计要求查找相关资料进行的设计。其中主要的设计内容有,二类底盘的计算与选择:由整车总体布置和工作装置设计确定二类底盘,计算整车总质量;消防水罐的选择与设计:通过水重确定压强,由压强算出水罐壁厚,确定材料选择水罐;消防管路系统的选择和设计:由整车的总体布置来选择管路系统,根据国家标准和性能参数选取消防泵和取力器,布置消防附件。最后进行整车的性能分析计算,结果表明基本达到了国家对改装车上路的标准。

ABSTRACT

The water will be designed to reference the basic shape of fire engines, and in accordance with design requirements to find relevant information design. The design of the main contents, the calculation of second-class chassis with options: by car overall layout and design work to determine second-class chassis, calculated the total mass of vehicle; Fire choice and design of water: re-determine the pressure through the water by water pressure to calculate wall thickness, material selection to determine water; Fire pipeline system selection and design: from the vehicle to choose the overall layout of piping system, in accordance with national standards and performance parameters of the design of fire pumps and take power, and layout of the Fire Annex . Finally, analysis of vehicle performance,the results show that the state reached a standard road car modified.
