胶合木结构小型建筑结构设计原理的研究.pdf

摘要木材是一种古老的建筑材料,但由于历史的原因,木结构在我的提高,人们对建筑结构的需求向多元化发展。目前我国新建的木结构住宅多为美式轻型木结构。我国有大面积的人工速生林。木材工业的发展使得生产速生材胶合木,用于民用建筑成为可能。本丈对胶合木结构设计的一般原理进行了初步探索。具体包括以下内容: (I)简要介绍胶合木结构主要结构用材一一胶合木(Glulam)的}s口_T-_V-艺、受力机理、材料性能的影响因素。(2)简要介绍结构设计方法的发展过程和我国木结构设计表达式特点,并介绍、对比目前美国木结构设计采用的两种基本方法----ASD法和LRFD法。(3)根据胶合木的主要物理力学性能和我国住宅建筑模数协调标准,借鉴国外木结构的结构形式,确定胶合木结构住宅的基本结构形式为梁柱承重的框架体系。(4)重点研究胶合木结构的基本要素设计。按照竖向和侧向受力系统设计及结点设计三条主线,结合胶合木、木基结构板材的物理力学}生能,研究各构件(结点)的受力机理和合理的构造形式。(5)讨论胶合木结构非结构性要素的处理,主要有防火安全、保温隔热、防潮防腐、隔音防噪等. 胶合木结构的发展,可以产生极大的经济效益和社会效益。本论文的研究结果对我国自行生产胶合木以及设计、建造胶合木结构具有一定的现实意义. 关键词:胶合木结构;结构设计原理;基本要素设计;非结构性要素处理 The Study on Designing Principle ofGlued Laminated Timber Structure Abstract Wood an ancient construction ,timber structure disappearing gradually China because ofhistorical reasons.
