前段时间对杨浦区花园内水果店调查内容包括水果店家设、地理位置、水果的种类、数量、价格、质量、消费的群体。同时也调查了顾客的评价。包括老板的服务态度、水果的质量、价格的合理性、购买种类、购买频率、购买数量、心里价位以及对水果店的要求及建议等。
结果分析涉及杨浦区估计有水果店共计有875家。其中水果店350家。菜市场共63家。每个菜市场5家。计325家。超市水果店约200家。共计875家。部分水果店的水果种类很多。最热销的是苹果、桔子、香蕉、猕猴桃、沙糖桔、梨子等。消费群体，菜市场水果店品种比较少。主要销费群体是购菜者和看时间的购菜者，或说上了年纪的人员水果店的老板服务态度总体还是不错的。在价格方面，水果店的价格要比菜市场的价格高出10%-30%。同行店在一起的水果店价格竞争就比较急力。价格要便宜一些，装潢档次高的水果店，价格就更高了。特别是高档小区附近的水果店，装修比较好，价格比较高，里面的水果整齐，店面干净，服务态度更好些。
