毕业设计( 论文) 题目: 针刺土工布工艺研究学院: 纺织与材料学院专业班级: 非织造材料与工程 12级 11201 班指导教师: 职称: 教授学生姓名: 学号: 1201221024 摘要土工布具有优秀的过滤、排水、隔离、加筋、防渗、防护作用,具有重量轻、抗拉强度高、渗透性好、耐高温、抗冷冻、耐老化、耐腐蚀。而针刺土工布又是土工布中比较重要的一类。因此,研究针刺土工布的工艺对于设计性能优异的土工布有着重要意义。本课题研究的目的是通过上机实验确定在生产针刺土工布最优的开松、混和、梳理、铺网和针刺工艺。本课题研究的内容是从纤维原料的选择到针刺非织造布生产线上的实验,主要研究了固网前准备工艺(开松、混和、梳理)和针刺工艺,并在相同针刺密度时改变针刺深度, 在相同深度时改变针刺密度制备出产品。最后对产品进行性能测试,分析出工艺参数变化对产品力学和透水性能的影响,并确定最优的工艺参数。结果表明,铺网机上帘速度为 26HZ ( ),下帘速度为 26HZ ( ),钉帘速度为 ( ),且针刺密度 250 刺/cm 2, 针刺深度为 8mm 时,可获得较为优越的性能。关键词: 针刺土工布,针刺密度,针刺深度,力学性能,透水性能 ABSTRACT Geotextile with excellent filtration, drainage, isolation, reinforced, impervious, protective, light weight, high tensile strength, good permeability, high temperature, freezing resistance, aging resistance, corrosion needle-punched geotextile isone of the the geotextiles more important. The content of this research project is the selection of raw materials from the fiber to the experiments of needlepunched nonwoven fabric production line, mainly fixed-line preparation process and the needling process, and when the density of the same needle change the needle depth, and prepared to change the needle density products in the same depth. Finally, the product performance testing, analysis of the impact of changes in process parameters on the mechanics and permeability performance, and determine the optimal process parameters.
