摘要
企业信息化建设过程中应时刻响应着市场、客户的变化,持续调整企业的业务流程。流程再造需要信息技术的支撑,而管理信息化的过程更需要以流程再造为基础。不管是在BPR的背景下推行管理信息化,还是为实现管理信息化的目标,作为现代企业先进的管理理论,业务流程再造(BPR)都值得中国企业去勇于实践和创新应用。本文通过对企业信息化、业务流程再造的定义及发展现状进行研究分析,总结归纳出企业信息化建设过程的特点及核心内容,剖析了信息化与业务流程再造的内部关系,最后,提出了一套以“订单”为中心的业务流程再造模型。通过对模型的说明分析成功验证了企业信息化与BPR相辅相成的关系。

Abstract
Enterprise information construction process should be time for the market, customer's response to changes and constant adjustment enterprise business process. Process reengineering need the support of information technology, and the process of information management more need to process reengineering for the foundation. Whether in the background of BPR implementation management information, or to realize the goal of management information, as a modern enterprise advanced management theory, business process reengineering (BPR) are worth China enterprise to brave practice and innovation applications. This article through to the enterprise informatization, the definition of the business process reengineering and current situation of the development of research and analysis, summarized the characteristics of the enterprise information construction process and the core content, analyze the information and business process reengineering of internal relationships and, finally, puts forward a set of "order" as the center of the business process reengineering model. Through the analysis of the model that proved essful enterprise information and plementary relationship.
