9014浙江省检验医学学术年会 I“中国•杭州I 2014年8月20-22曰大会发言 糖类抗原724 ( CA724 )水平在部分痛风患者体内升髙的原因分析 宁波医疗中心李惠利医院黄芸菲吴巧萍杨俊杰 【摘要】目的探讨痛风病人的血清CA724含量升高的原因。,在入 院首日测定尿酸、血沉、超敏CRPAFPCEACA125CA153CA199和CA724的水平。同时选 取40例正常健康体检者作为对照组,进行回顾性研究。并分别对痛风组的CA724与血沉、超敏CRP和 尿酸进行相关性分析。,比较 各组的CA724血沉、超敏CRP和尿酸水平,采用独立样本T检验进行统计学分析。结果痛风患者与 正常对照组的CA724水平差异有统计学意义P<),但其它肿瘤标志物水平差异却无统计学意义性, CA724水平与尿酸、血沉、超敏CRP并无相关性。AB组的CA724测定值有明显差异(P<),但血沉、 超敏CRP和尿酸水平却无明显差异。结论抗痛风治疗的药物可能干扰CA724的测定,其原因是可能剌 激机体产生了类似CA724的物质’排除药物干扰因素对提高CA724检测准确性具有临床意义。 关健词痛风;CA724;干扰 Analysis of the cause of elevated carbohydrate antigen 724(CA 724)level in some patients with gout Huang Yunfei,Wu Qiaoping,Yang Junjie Department of clinical laboratory, Ningbo Medical Center LiHuiLi hospital 315010,China.
