　　一、被许可方同意从许可方取得，许可方同意向被许
可方授予单独使用附件【】所指的注册商标的许可权利，
且只在制造和出售、分销合同产品时使用。合同产品的名
称、型号、规格和技术参数详见本合同附件【】。这种权
利是独占性的，是不可转让的权利。许可方同意在合同的
有效期内不在合同有效区域内再授予别人销售合同产品时
