的重要内涵，团队每位成员在日常工作中，要正确处理好分管工作与全校工作的关系，处理好本职工作与其它工作的关系。在做好本职工作的同时，加强与其他成员的配合和协作，切实将分工与协作有机结合起来，积极营造良好的团队协作氛围。其次，强化成员间的支持和配合。我室工作头绪多、任务重，工作中经常会出现难以应对的局面，出现失误和纰漏也在所难免。因此，在日常工作中，要积极主动配合同事们的工作，借用先前的一句话叫“相互补台、共同上台；相互拆台、共同下台。”
学会自律 甘于奉献
余世维博士 “如何打造高绩效团队”的讲座，通过光盘资料学习,我懂得了“团队”和“群体”的差异，“团队”：即每个员工都能自动自发地思考、行动，并学会与人合作的团体。结合这一概念初浅地谈谈我的体会：
一、学会自律
高绩效的团队讲究每个人的“自动自发”，它强调是一种主动精神，没有人要求和强迫，自己认识到应该如此，并出色地完成自己的工作。但在实际的工作中，因为需要与他人协作，难免发生误解和冲突，我个人认为，“自律”在自动自发中就更显重要了，它是一个管理自我，控制自我的过程，即自我约束，发自内心地遵守团队的纪律和规范。它更涵盖了自我反思和自我检讨的过程，作为企业的一员，我拥有的并非施加任务的权力，而是靠自己的人格魅力去执行领导交代的任务。因此，本着一颗责任心，要求自己得做好。其次要严格检讨工作中自身存在的问题，反思自己的不足，然后寻找合理的对策，去妥善地解决问题。因此，
