摘要
随着电力电子技术、微电子技术及控制理论的发展,电气控制系统在工程中得到日益广泛的应用。剑杆织机作为一种适应性最强的无梭织机,其发展方向为电子选纬、电子送经、电子卷取控制技术的研究和应用。
本论文采用DSP2407作为剑杆织机电气控制系统的主控芯片。并对主要组成部分进行了较为系统的阐述,包括送经卷取系统,引纬系统及其电机的驱动控制,故障检测做出具体的分析,同时对剑杆织机的经纱张力做出检测并及时反映给单片机。送经卷取电机采用无刷直流电机来完成,并在微处理器的控制下实现送经卷取的同步运行,保持张力恒定。引纬电机采用三相混合式步进电机。
本文首先对纺织机和其电控部分的总体设计做出概述,然后是设计的主体部分,首先是对三相电的整流,滤波做出设计并进行整流二极管和滤波电容的选择。本文对送经卷取电机和引纬电机都使用双极性PWM控制,选取MOSFET作为桥式逆变的开关器件。送经电机部分选用驱动芯片IR2113来驱动开关器件。同时对电路进行检测,本文对整流输出母线电压和送经电机定子短接电流进行检测经A/D转换将信号传给控制芯片。引纬部分对三相混合式步进电机的驱动和检测做了详细设计。设计中采用“S”型张力传感器对经纱张力进行检测,将检测信号传递给控制芯片进行处理,若张力超过限定值则发出停车信号。再次是软件设计部分对织机控制主程序,张力调节子程序和送经电机启动子程序做出设计。在文章的最后应用MATLAB对PWM逆变和无刷直流电机的控制部分进行仿真。
