二、创新形式,保障学习长效开展
一是拓宽途径,丰富载体。打造“党委中心组”学台。坚持落实党委中心组学习制度,严格规范镇机关党员干部、村(社区)、镇属企事业单位等基层党组织负责人参与党委中心组学习,党委中心组培训班每年集中培训不少于4次,培训后组织专题讨论,撰写心得体会,提高学习培训效果,扎实推进学习型、创新型领导班子和干部队伍建设,努力把学习成果转化为谋划工作的思路、促进工作的措施落实和干部工作能力提高。打造农村党员干部“空间交流”平台。充分利用远教平台,开展电化教育,对农村党员干部进行教育培训,确保农村党员干部教育培训工作的质量和水平;充分利用网络打造网上交流平台,通过设立
