学习“十条禁令”心得体会
永城市实验中学 姚绿原
  9月7日，我校全体教师在五楼会议室召开了学习“十条禁令”动员大会。
作为教师，要不断提高自身素质，在教育教学中，要妥善处理师生关系。教师在育人的同时，不要忘了自身的继续学习，在教学之余，教师应刻苦钻研业务，不断学习新知识，探索新的教学规律，改进教育教学方法，提高自己教育、教学和科研的水平。
《教师十不准》的学习使我更认识到了教师“十条禁令”的必要性和重要性。教师工作的“示范性”和学生所特有的“向师性”，使教师在学生心目中占有非常重要的位置。教师的思想感情，处事哲理、人生观点、道德境界、品德修养甚至言谈举止、音容笑貌都会给学生留下深刻的印象，对学生有着熏陶诱导和潜移默化的影响。这就要求政治教师言教、身教，并且做到身教重于言教。教师的一言一行，一举一动，往往被学生看在眼里，记在心里，模仿在行动上。教师的人格影响，不仅对学生在校起作用，甚至以后在社会上还会长时间起作用。所以，教师需要处处为人师表，从小事做起，从自我做起，率先垂范，作出表率。要学生刻苦学习，自己就必须学而不厌，手不释卷；要学生认真劳动，自己必须热爱劳动；要学生讲文明礼貌，自己必须谈吐文雅，远离粗俗。
教育无小事，事事见真理，因此，教师一定要时刻注意自己的一言一行，以高尚的人格去感染人，以整洁的仪表去影响人，以和蔼的态度去对待人，以丰富的学识去引导人，以博大的胸怀去爱护人。只有这样，才能保证教书育人的实效，学生才会“亲其师，信其道”，进而“乐其道”。
