（三）强化校规校纪教育，改进管理
无规矩无以成方圆，无制度无以建秩序。校园里良好的教学秩序、生活秩序靠一系列校纪校规来维护，校规校纪是校风学风建设的纪律保证。健全完善的校规校纪，不仅能起到约束学生行为、树立好学上进风气的作用，同时能给学生灌输一种法律意识、规则意识，养成按规则、原则办事的习惯。
1、完善学生管理制度，重在抓逗硬落实
按迎评促建的规范要求重新修定学生管理制度，以重在实际效果、重在持之以恒、重在形成机制的思路，通过重申管理规定，严肃学籍管理，明确惩戒办法，警示犯规者，严肃校纪校规；通过规范的教育教学活动使学生感受到学习的压力，自觉杜绝松懈散漫，促进良好的学规。
2、强化管理与改善管理并重，重视对学生的激励
