配电智能终端的设计与研究
配电智能终端是实现配网管理现代化的重要手段,本课题在研究分析配网管理的基础上,结合计算机技术、通信技术、信息技术、管理、系统控制技术等对配电智能终端进行了研究,设计基于ARM处理器和嵌入式实时操作系统相结合的配电智能终端方案,并进行硬件和软件总体设计。
配电智能终端采用大规模集成电路技术,应用先进的数字信号处理技术,以32位高性能RISC处理器及高速、高精度数字采样芯片为核心,是集交流采样、通讯、无功补偿、谐波分析、配电综合监测、温湿度测量、控制等功能于一体的新型测控设备,、50Hz低压配电系统的综合监测及无功补偿控制,以及10KV以上的高压供电系统及发电厂、变电站的综合监测。它具有485\GPRS\GSM等通讯接口,可实现远程召唤、参数的修改及远程控制等功能。
配电智能终智能终端采用16位AD采样芯片进行实时交采,采用浮点形式的傅里叶计算电能,,取代了传统意义上的多功能电表计量功能。为提高抗恶劣环境(包括气象环境和电、磁环境)的能力,配电智能终端通信采用规约转换模块以满足终端适应复杂的通讯环境要求,同时,采用数字认证技术确保系统通讯的安全性和稳定性。
配电智能终端具有设计精巧、技术先进、功能强大、测量数据项多、精度高、高可靠性、投切控制组态方便、灵活等特点,它还集成了温度、凝露、开关量等多种信号测量,并且配以继电器输出控制,在终端实现、系统功能以及性能方面有一定的先进性,终端智能化程度高、安全可靠、运行稳定、性价比高,有极大的推广价值。

Abstract
