摘要:
随着我的不断提高,在全国建成了许许多多的现代化住宅小区,由于煤气和大量家用电器设备使用中的不安全因素等,对小区居民的生命和财产造成了很大威胁,给居民生命和财产带来最大的威胁包括有两大方面,一方面是由人引起的破坏如盗窃、抢劫,另一方面是自然灾害引起的破坏如火灾、煤气泄漏。因此,人们越来越迫切要求采用有效的措施,以满足日益增长的安全防范要求。
目前,所采用的防盗门和在窗户上加装防盗网等安全防范措施,难以满足现在人们防止外来威胁的要求,为了更有效保证居民的生命和财产的安全,必须在住宅和住宅小区内引入了智能化的手段进行安全防范管理。目前,我国正在蓬勃发展的智能住宅的安全防范系统用以满足人们安全防范的要求。智能住宅的安全防范系统是由安全对讲系统、防盗报警系统、防火火灾报警系统和防煤气泄漏系统等组成,安全防范系统是家庭、住宅小区防范外来侵害和自然灾害的一种最重要的、最有效的手段,它大大提高了居民自身的安全感,己成为社会治安的一个重要组成部分,其中智能防盗、防火报警系统又是当前智能报警领域的技术热点,国家建设部规定,目前智能住宅应实现六项智能化要求,其中包括实行安全防范系统自动化监控管理住宅的火灾、有害气体泄漏实行自动报警火灾报警系统应是以烟、温及可燃气体等探测器为主体防盗报警系统应安装红外或微波等各种类型报警探测器。基于此项规定,住宅防盗防火系统实现智能化势在必行｡

Abstract:
With the national economy and the people's living standards continued to increase. In the country has a large modernized housing district.
