一、民主选举工会委员会
换届筹备工作：
1、本届工会提出召开会员（会员代表）大会进行换届的书面请示，报经同级党组织和上级工会组织批准。
2、成立由党组织书记任组长、本届工会主席任副组长、本届工会委员和相关工作人员参加的工会换届领导小组。工会换届具体工作由本届工会主席主持。
3、按照工会章程的有关规定复核本单位工会会员（召开工会会员代表大会需明确代表条件和产生办法）。
4、拟写工会委员会工作报告、工会委员会财务工作报告、经费审查委员会工作报告，以及大会表决办法（草案）、选举办法（草案）等文件。
5、认真做好各项会务组织工作。主要包括：大会议程和日程安排、选票印制、会场布置等。
6、召开本届工会委员会议，讨论工会委员会工作报告、工会委员会财务工作报告、经费审查委员会工作报告。
