作职能的通知》（冀工商字[2008]96号）、《关于为系统基层分局核定股级干部职数的通知》（冀工商字[2008]97号）和《关于全省工商行政管理系统第二批工商所达标验收情况的通报》（冀工商字[2008]99号）精神，结合实际，现将永年县工商行政管理局重新核定的主要职责、内设机构和人员编制报告如下：
一、主要职责
（一）贯彻执行国家工商行政管理的方针、政策和有关法律、法规、规章；落实市工商行政管理局的工作计划和部署；结合本县实际情况，研究制定具体实施办法。
（二）负责全县各类企业和从事经营活动的单位、个人的注册，核定（核转）注册单位名称，审定、批准、颁发有关证照并实行监督管理。
（三）依法监督管理市场交易和竞争行为，查处垄断、不正当竞争、走私贩私、传销和变相传销等违法行为，监督管理流通领域商品质量，查处假冒伪劣等违法行为，查处侵犯消费者权益案件，保护经营者、消费者合法权益。
（四）负责对各类市场经营秩序实施规范管理和监督，协助当地政府培育发展市场体系。
（五）依法监管经纪人、经纪机构。
（六）负责合同行政监管，管理企业动产抵押物登记，监管拍卖业及拍卖行为，查处合同欺诈等违法行为。
（七）依法对广告进行监督管理，查处违法行为。
（八）负责商标监督管理工作，保护商标专用权，推荐中国驰名商标、省著名商标和市知名商标；查处商标侵权行为，加强驰名、
