1、编制依据
根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》，为了保护企业员工在春节期间的身体健康和生命安全，最大限度地降低生产安全事故和各类突发事件给企业造成的损失和影响，参照相关法律法规、文件要求制定本项目监理部春节期间生产安全事故应急救援预案。
2、时间安排
春节假期为2014年02月01日至2014年02月07号，为期7天。
3、主要工作
春节放假前监理部需组织甲方及施工单位对施工现场进行全面排查，并监督施工单位对安全隐患进行整改。监督审查施工单位春节期间应急预案和值班表的编制，并在放假期间监督检查施工单位是否按方案和值班表配备相关人员、器材。放假期间监理部值班人员需组织施工单位人员对施工现场进行巡视，监理部值班人员应做好应对春节期间可能发生的各类突发事件的应急准备，保证春节期间安全，防患于未然。
4、事故应急流程应遵循的原则及措施
紧急事故发生后，节假日值班人应立即报警，并通知相关人员中止休假返回工作岗位，监督施工单位值班人员是否按要求启动其编制的应急预案。相关责任人要以处置重大紧急情况为压倒一切的首要任务，绝不能以任何理由推诿拖延。
