塑墅——摘要沦文以典型动车组动力车转向架为研究对象,研究其构架的疲劳强度可靠丈章首先建立转向架构架动态响应的数学模型与结构有限冗模型,,经过处理得到了用于仿真的“典型’,加速度谱。运用有限元软件对模型进行(模态)瞬念响应分析, 将仿真巾得到的动应力最大值和均方值与实测动应力进行比较,结果表明两者较为吻介,验证了仿真的可行性和良好的可靠度。在对构架动应力进行的二维应力谱编制的基础上,论文采用概率Miner准则法1,,算了转向架构架关键部位在一定可靠度下的疲劳寿命,。关键词:转向架构架,瞬态响应,仿真,线路试验,疲劳寿命估算,可靠性管理~ 垒堕堡垒一.—— Abstract The fatigue reliability ofthebogie flame discussed thisthesis forthetypical high-speed railway’vehicle. First,the mathematic model and theFEM model forthe bogie flame structure built up,and then thedynamic response analysis ofthe FEM model performed. Based on the calculation results about the work before,the plan for the spot experimentation about dynamic characteristics designed and then carried the data gotten,a typical period oftime from thewhole willbeselected and the statistical count of datawill beperformed。mad then,the disposed data willbeput onto theFEM model and transient response analysis willbe done by the model method parison between the mode】and the real structure about their maximum data and equational data ofthe dynamic stresses for some key points will be done,and the authenticity and the reliability characteristic forthe model willbevalidated now,the table forthe dynamic stresses two coordinate can be worked out abided by Miner Rules and SO thelivesforsome key points some certain reliability the analysis above,some blue print ofthe fatigue reliability about the railway bogie during the whole carl be last,some simple suggests for the future development forthebogie willbediscussed.
