.页眉. 页脚.. 苏州环护城河风貌保护区南门路段规划设计作者: 巢耀明发表:《规划师》 2004(04):59-63 摘要:南护城河沿岸是苏州近代工业的重要发祥地,其保护规划的要点是:设置旅游商业服务区、地段性商贸闹市区、生活居住区和环城旅游观光绿带,对城市功能进行整合;规划河道、南门路两条水陆交通带和横向为主、纵向为辅的步行绿带,构建道路体系;整合空间景观系统,强化“水陆平行、河街相邻”的古城风貌特色。关键字:古城风貌特色;保护规划;苏州 Planning and Design of the South Gate Road Section in the Protection Area around Suzhou Moat/Chao Yaoming [Abstract] The area along the south bank is an important birthplace of modern industry in key points in its conservation plan are to:establish mercial service areas,mercial downtown areas,residential areas and tourist sight-seeing greenbelt round the city,so as to make a integration on the city function;to plan a road system by planning the two traffic belts of the waterway and Nanmen Road,with green belt for pedestrians in the horizontal direction as the main and the vertical direction as the supplementary;to integrate the spatial landscape systems and give prominence to the style and features of the ancient city as"parallel of land and water with river and street bordering on each other". [Key words] style and features of the ancient city,Conservation plan,Suzhou 苏州环城水系和道路一直在城市社会经济生活中发挥着十分重要的作用, 而城南一段则最具历史文化及景观价值。明清以来, 南城河沿岸一带商贾云集、市肆林立、水陆交通繁忙。近代以后,沿河一带建起许多现代化的纺织、染织工厂,成为苏州近代工业的重要发祥地。随着大规模城市化和城市现代化建设, 护城河沿岸一带已经从城市边缘转变为中心区的一部分, 交通压力不断加大, 而老化了的工业企业也对城市环境造成严重污染。为了改变护城河沿岸景观与古城风貌不谐调的状况, 苏州市委、市政府启动了苏州环护城河风貌保护工程,南门路段改造首先启动。在此方案设计中, 笔者对如何贯彻可持续发展原则, 使环
