Abstract Cellulosepulp was dissolvedin thesodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea solventsystem in -flee cellulose spinning solution and itsmembrane were prepared by using cellulose勰material, NaOH-thiourea-urea aqueous assolventand BTCA asanti-crease and properties of wrinkle-free cellulosemembrane Wasanalyzed by using theFT-IR,the textof wrinkle recovery and tensile strength.+The results demonstrated that esterification-crosslinking reaction was happened and theproperties of anti·-creaseWas balance between wrinklerecovery andtensilestrength will beachieved withthe change of BTCA wtratio,reactiontemperatureand reactiontime. The technologies ofpreparation of thecosolventsystems ofcellulose、DMAc/LiCland etracarboxylic besttechnologies ofsolvent ofcellulose were got fromthestudy on theinfluence oftheamount ofLiCl,theamount ofcellulose,heating temperature,heating influence on wrinklerecovery totheregeneration cellulose membrane ofBTCA,the coagulation bathconcentration,glycerol plasticizing Was also thesame time we studiedwrinklerecovery,tensile strength and breaking elongation resultsshowed thatthewrinklerecovery ofregeneration cellulosemembrane with BTCA isimproved,but tensile strength would bebetter when theconcentration ofthecoagulation extensionof themembrane wouldincreaseafterglycerolplasticization,andtensilestrength studiesshowed thatThe balance between wrinkle recovery and tensile strength willbeachieved withthechange of BTCA wt ratio,reaction temperature and reactiontime.
