Overseas Chinese scholars in both Chinese and western culture research showed Eileen chang's unique vision, and pushed the hot position. In Eileen chang studies abroad, Xia Zhiqing harootunian, has certain representativeness and thoughts. Xia Zhiqing influenced by "new criticism", pay close attention to zhang ailing's works itself.
