南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 i 摘要在中西治国方略的建构过程中,哲学人性理论对其有着深远的影响,并成为中西政治文明进程中的一道文化景观。亚里士多德认为,人是天生的政治动物。政治既然是人的内在要求,这就决定了政治与人性之间有着必然的联系。因此任何治国方略都隐含着人性观念,而且这种人性观念构成了这种制度设计的深层根源。人既作为自然界的存在物之一,又作为社会的产物,理应既包括自然属性又包括社会属性,并且两者都是人性的重要组成部分,不可偏废其一。人的本质是人之所以为人的理由,是人作为物质的一种形式得以存在的根据,是人与大千世界万物相区别的根本规定性。人的本质就是不断生成人性的实践活动本身。人的本质不是人性各具体规定性的任何一个属性,而是这些具体属性之所以产生、存在和发展的基础、源泉和动力。因此,考察人性必须立足于人的本质。马克思人性观念的精髓在于全面地为我们揭示了人的全面发展和人类社会全面进步之间的辩证关系及其客观的发展规律。政治设计只有以对人的全面认识、把握为基础,才能达到预期的政治效果。中西国家只有在全面把握人性的基础上才能实现两极互补、相辅相成。即在正视人性缺陷和恶的同时,看到人性善的一面。既内向治心,依靠道德修养,保持、调动人性中良善的本性;又外向治人,利用制度和法律的力量,从外部强制性地约束人性中恶的本能和恶行,方能实现理想的政治设计和政治运作。目前在我国,以人为本是和谐社会与人性观念之间的纽带。以人为本既是人性观念发展至今的价值诉求,又是和谐社会的本质体现;它既是构建和谐社会的方法准则,又是和谐社会构建的终极意义。构建和谐社会,要解决的问题就是社会主体——人的全面社会关系和谐问题,它体现为人与自然关系的和谐、人与人之间关系的和谐、社会结构之间关系的和谐的基本状态。这一社会发展状态是与实现人的全面发展的需要完全一致的。在构建和谐社会的实践层面上探讨人性观念与和谐社会建设的良性互动, 就要注重法治,道德,制度建设与人性观念的相互影响、渗透,从而促进人的全面发展。关键词:人性,人的本质,人性假设,以人为本,和谐和谐社会建设的人性探究 ii ABSTRACT Western strategy of governing the country in the construction process, its philosophy and theory of human nature ha ve far-reaching impacts, and a Western political civilization in the process of a cultural landscape.
