群监网员工作制度
一、群监网员由安全素质高，具有比较丰富的安全生产经验、工作责任心强的同志担任。
二、网员上岗必须佩带标志，在群众安全井口安检站签到，班后认真填写汇报台帐。
三、对重大安全隐患及时汇报，并监督当班人员及时处理隐患。
四、网员上岗率，汇报率、隐患查出率达到上级部门考核要求。
五、网员上岗必须认真履行职责，对工作场所的安全生产状况进行监督、检查，以保证安全生产。
六、积极参加安全活动和培训，不断提高网员的综合素质。
七、网员有权制止任何人违章指挥、违反劳动纪律和作业规程。

群监网员考勤制度
一、车间工会建立群监网员考勤台帐。
二、群监网员上班必须坚持在井口安检站签到，必须按时上下班、不迟到、不早退，坚守工作岗位。
三、车间工会主席必须不定期到井口安检站检查群监网员的签到情况，月底由井口安检站提供群监网员的当月签到情况，按签到次数计发补助。
四、考勤必须认真，不准代签到，发现代签到者扣除双方当日补助费。
