摘要
本文介绍了安息香的辅酶合成及转化。经典的安息香合成采用NaCN或NaK为催化剂,虽然产率高,但毒性很大。维生素B1催化的辅酶合成解决了环境污染问题 。由此说明生物催化在有机合成中的重要作用。该实验巩固了学生配制溶液、加热回流、冰浴冷却、抽滤、重结晶、测熔点等有机化学单元操作及技能,锻炼查阅文献,培养和训练学生组织写作能力。同时,培养了学生科学的工作态度、科学的工作方法及自我保护的能力。

ABSTRACT
This article describes the the benzoin coenzyme synthesis and conversion . Classic benzoin synthesis using NaCN or NaK as a catalyst , although the high yields , but very toxic . The catalysis of coenzyme synthesis of vitamin B1 to solve environmental problems. It showed the important role of biocatalysis in organic synthesis . The experiment to consolidate the students' preparation solution was refluxed , the ice bath cooling , filtration , recrystallization , the measured melting point of organic chemical unit operations and skills , exercise, access to literature , training organization and training of student writing skills . At the same time , cultivate the students ' scientific attitude, scientific methods of work and the ability to protect themselves .
