4、集体活动、集体学习时间必须按要求考勤，无故不请假、不参加者，按旷工处理。
5、严格考勤考核。建立工作人员考勤表，指定专人具体负责考勤。不定期进行考勤抽查，并将考勤情况作为年度考核、评比的依据。

基建科档案管理制度
1、建筑技术档案室是医院房屋维修不可缺少的依据，必须做到科学化、标准化、系统化的管理。
2、档案管理人员应努力钻研档案管理知识，不断提高管档技能。
3、非管档人员不得私自进入档案室查阅资料。
4、对于房屋栋号、平、立、剖面图，立项报告、批文、验收资料、合格证书要认真清理，做到编号清楚、装订整齐、查找方便。
5、档案室内严禁吸烟，注意资料的保存，做好防盗、防火、防虫蛀、鼠咬、霉烂等措施。
6、每项工程竣工后，各种资料必须在3—5个月内收集完成并归档，以防丧失。
7、建筑资料的查阅必须经医院领导批准，科内同意方可查阅。

基建科建筑安全管理制度
1、在医院正副院长领导下，负责组织本科室人员对院内各型建筑物进行监管，随时掌握其安全状态。
2、根据地基与基础验收标准，建筑物沉降观测次数以设计时间为准，一般是第一年为四次，第二年为两次，第三年后每年一次。
3、视其建筑物使用功能不同，特别是库房，图书室或荷载较大的房室，应定期做好监测记录，重大问题需请示建管部门协助处理。
4、在职工住房装修中，坚决制止随意打墙开洞改变其原结构的行为，更不准在楼层内或屋面上乱搭乱建增加荷载。
5、临床科室因业务需要，需开洞打墙，须报设计人员同意后并在其指导下实施。
6、对新旧建筑物，做好沉降裂缝、位移、倾斜度、观测资料的整理收集记录，并做好工程技术档案保存。
