外墙腻子的技术指标应符合《建筑外墙用腻子》JG/T 157的技术指标规定
2．2．3、饰面涂料的性能应符合国家、行业及地方有关标准的规定
1〕材料需要符合《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》〔GB/T9755-2001以及 JG/T172-2005优等品〕、《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》JG/T24-2000 的要求；
2〕封闭底漆，选用超细粒径的有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液制成，要求具有非 常好的毛细孔渗透作用，能够有效封闭基层的碱性粒子，防止墙体返 碱现象发生；
3〕天然彩砂，要求具有良好的耐候性及耐水性，长期暴露在室外仍具有 良好的外观效果，不得产生粉化脱落、变色及褪色现象；
4〕合成树脂乳液外墙涂料的技术指标应不低于《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》GB/T 9755中一等品的技术指标规定，耐酸性〔2%的H2SO3〕48h无异常。
5〕合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料的技术指标应符合《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》JG/T 24中外墙部分的技术指标规定，耐酸性〔2%的H2SO3〕48h无异常。
6〕外墙外保温系统饰面涂料必须与保温系统的组成材料相容，并符合设计要求和相关标准的规定
